Jason Cooke, Chair of Environmental Advisory Committee urged Council to accept the advice of experts and commit to moving the transmission line according to Option 3 presented on October 20, 2008. In the interim, Council was asked to have AltaLink complete the installation of flappers to deter birds in the area.
